Tackle Hubs Terms of Service

01. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“User”, “Creator”, or “you”) and Tackle Events / Tackle Hubs (“Tackle Hubs”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) governing your access to and use of stream.tackleevents.com, the Tackle Hubs Encoder platform, media streaming relays, APIs, and associated services.

By registering for an account, purchasing a subscription plan, or transmitting audio/video data to our RTMP/SRT ingestion endpoints, you certify that you are at least 18 years of age (or have reached the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not access or use Tackle Hubs.

02. Description of Service

Tackle Hubs provides a cloud-based live stream transcoding and multistreaming relay platform (similar to Restream.io), enabling content creators, churches, event producers, and broadcasters to:

• Ingest single live video streams using standard broadcast protocols including RTMP, RTMPS, SRT, and WebRTC (WHIP).
• Simultaneously fan-out and relay that live stream to multiple destination channels (such as YouTube Live, Facebook Live, Twitch, TikTok, and custom RTMP endpoints) up to the destination limit of your subscription plan.
• Record live broadcasts into standardized MP4 video and standalone MP3 audio files.
• Optionally offload recordings directly to Google Drive with automated server storage purging.
• Generate real-time chat overlays and production metadata for OBS Studio, vMix, and Wirecast.

03. Accounts & Stream Keys Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account credentials, login passwords, and private RTMP Stream Keys.

04. Subscriptions, Recurring Billing & Cancellations

Access to live ingest endpoints and multistream relays requires an active paid subscription plan:

• Recurring Auto-Deductions: Subscriptions are billed on a 30-day recurring monthly cycle via Paystack using Credit/Debit Cards or Mobile Money (MTN, Telecel, AT). Payment is automatically deducted upon billing cycle renewal.
• Cancellation Anytime: You may cancel your subscription auto-renewal at any time through your dashboard or billing page. Upon cancellation, your service remains fully functional until the end of your current paid billing period.
• Refund Policy: Payments are non-refundable for partial billing periods or unused bandwidth, except where mandated by applicable consumer protection laws.
• Price Modifications: Tackle Hubs reserves the right to modify subscription pricing with at least 14 days’ advance notice sent to your registered email address.

05. Acceptable Use & Content Restrictions

You agree not to misuse the Tackle Hubs streaming infrastructure. You strictly agree that you will not transmit, broadcast, or distribute any content that:

• Infringes any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright, or intellectual property right of any third party (e.g., unauthorized re-broadcasting of copyrighted sports events, films, or TV broadcasts).
• Is defamatory, obscene, sexually explicit, pornographic, harassing, hate speech, or promotes violence or terrorism.
• Contains malware, denial-of-service vectors, or exploits designed to disrupt our RTMP ingestion nodes or upstream network carriers.
• Impersonates any individual or entity or misrepresents your affiliation with any person or organization.

Violation of this Acceptable Use Policy will result in immediate termination of your account, revocation of active relays, and potential reporting to relevant law enforcement authorities without refund.

06. Third-Party Platforms & Google Drive API Compliance

When utilizing Tackle Hubs to multistream to third-party services, you agree to comply with the respective policies and terms of each destination platform, including:

• YouTube Terms of Service and Google Community Guidelines.
• Meta / Facebook Platform Terms and Live Video Policies.
• Twitch Terms of Service and Community Guidelines.
• TikTok Terms of Service.

07. Recordings & Server Storage Limitations

To maintain optimal server health and encoder throughput across all users:

• 2-Hour Continuous Recording Segments: Live stream recordings automatically split into clean 2-hour segmented files to ensure file integrity and prevent video corruption.
• 24-Hour Server Retention: Video (MP4) and audio (MP3) files hosted on the live server are automatically pruned and permanently deleted after 24 hours.
• Immediate Google Drive Purge: When Google Drive offload is enabled, files are purged from the live streaming server immediately upon confirmed cloud upload. Tackle Hubs is not responsible for insufficient Google Drive storage quotas in your personal Google account.

08. Intellectual Property & Ownership

Your Content: You retain complete ownership, copyright, and all intellectual property rights in and to the audio, video, graphics, and text you broadcast through Tackle Hubs. You grant Tackle Hubs only a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide license solely to transcode, relay, record, and deliver your stream as directed by your studio configuration.

Tackle Hubs Platform: All software, designs, algorithms, logos, trademarks, and documentation associated with Tackle Hubs remain the exclusive property of Tackle Events and its licensors.

09. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

TACKLE HUBS IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WHILE WE STRIVE FOR 99.9% UPTIME, WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT BROADCAST RELAYS WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE FROM THIRD-PARTY INGESTION DELAYS OR RATE LIMITS IMPOSED BY DESTINATIONS (SUCH AS YOUTUBE OR FACEBOOK).

IN NO EVENT SHALL TACKLE HUBS OR TACKLE EVENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF REVENUE, AD REVENUE, VIEWER DONATIONS, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

10. Termination & Suspension

We may suspend or terminate your account and stream ingress immediately, without prior notice or liability, if you breach these Terms, fail to renew your paid subscription, or engage in activity that poses a risk to the security, integrity, or reputation of Tackle Hubs.

11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Ghana, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ghana.
